First Avenue Properties, is a privately owned commercial/retail development company with extensive construction and property management expertise. It offers fully-integrated design, construction and management services and as such, it can respond promptly and professionally to the ever changing requirements of its future and existing tenants.

First Avenue is actively involved in the acquisition, development, construction and management of over twenty-five commercial projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Its portfolio includes retail/commercial plazas, offices and industrial units.

 


Jack Morelli, the President of the corporation, has had over thirty years experience in the construction industry. Morelli takes a very hands-on and personal approach with all aspects and endeavours of the corporation.

First Avenue is committed to expanding its current holdings in the GTA and beyond and constantly searching for potential development sites that will not only augment its portfolio but also enhance and serve the communities in which such sites are located.
